Sin-ming Sit’s principal practice is drawing. She makes austere monochrome drawings in charcoal and colourfully drawn ‘collapsibles’. Her work are visually fathomed studies of the underwater habitat that is often ignored.
CV
Sin-ming Sit (1970s, Enkhuizen, NL) lives and works in Amsterdam. She has had a long career in IT project management at various NGO’s. She is a late bloomer in the arts. Her current bread and butter job is at the Netherlands Council for Journalism, which she is combining with her artistic practice.
